Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy

1. Ownership of Content
All digital assets, graphics, vector icons, UI designs, and related materials available on the onpng platform are the exclusive intellectual property of onpng. We retain full ownership and copyright of all content provided on our website.
2. Permitted Use
Users are granted a limited license to download and use our assets in accordance with our Terms of Use and Licensing Agreement. This license does not transfer ownership of the original assets to the user.
3. Prohibited Actions
You may not:
Claim authorship or ownership of any onpng asset.
Resell, redistribute, or sub-license our assets on competing platforms (e.g., Shutterstock, Freepik, Adobe Stock).
Use our designs as the primary element in trademarks or logos.
4. Copyright Infringement Reporting (DMCA Notice)
If you believe that your copyright-protected work has been posted on onpng without authorization, you may submit a copyright infringement notification. Please provide our copyright agent with the following information:
A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on our site (including specific URLs).
Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
