Licensing Agreement

Effective Date: June 25, 2026

1. Overview

This Licensing Agreement governs your use of the digital assets downloaded from the onpng platform. By downloading any asset, you agree to the terms of this license.

2. The License Grant

onpng grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the downloaded assets for both personal and commercial purposes, subject to the restrictions outlined below.

3. What You Can Do (Permitted Uses)

You may use the assets in a wide variety of projects, including but not limited to:

• Website design and development.

• Social media graphics, YouTube thumbnails, and digital marketing campaigns.

• Presentations and internal corporate communications.

• Incorporation into larger, original designs or artwork.

4. What You Cannot Do (Restrictions)

To protect our intellectual property, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Redistribution: You may not sell, share, or redistribute the standalone files on any other stock asset platform (such as Freepik, Adobe Stock, etc.) or file-sharing network.

• Trademarks: You may not use our assets as the primary component of a logo or trademark.

• Immoral Use: You may not use our assets in any way that is unlawful, defamatory, or pornographic.

5. Attribution

While attribution is not strictly required for premium or paid downloads, we highly appreciate a link back to onpng.com if you are using our free assets. Providing credit helps our platform grow.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from onpng if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the assets and destroy any copies in your possession.
