1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to onpng. By accessing, browsing, or downloading any assets from our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website. Currently, onpng operates as an independent, unregistered digital platform, and these terms serve as the binding agreement between you (the "User") and the platform ("onpng", "we", "our", or "us").


2. Intellectual Property Rights

All graphical assets, interfaces, and proprietary content available on this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of onpng. This includes, but is not limited to, our extensive library of:

  • Ultra 4k quality 2D and 3D vector icons.

  • Flat straight and front look design assets.

  • Specialized thematic collections featuring spark plugs, construction barriers, delivery logos, and gear icons.

While we grant you a license to use these assets, onpng retains full copyright and ownership. You may not claim authorship or ownership of any unmodified or slightly modified asset downloaded from our platform.


3. License and Permitted Usage

onpng grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download and use our visual assets subject to the following conditions:

  • Integration into personal or commercial client web projects.

  • Use in digital marketing materials, social media, and video content.

  • Use as supporting elements in larger, original artistic or graphic compositions.

  • Redistributing or selling the assets on other stock platforms (e.g., Shutterstock, Freepik).

  • Using the icons directly as a primary trademark or corporate logo.

  • Compiling our assets to replicate a similar or competing service.


4. User Conduct and Platform Integrity

Our platform is custom-developed without relying on standard external APIs to ensure a unique and optimized experience. To maintain the stability and security of our services, users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Using automated bots, scripts, or spiders to scrape, download, or index our assets in bulk.

  • Attempting to breach, test, or circumvent the security measures of our custom architecture.

  • Imposing an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our Hostinger infrastructure.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate access or suspend IP addresses that engage in such prohibited activities.


5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The assets and services on onpng are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to provide ultra 4k, technically perfect designs, we make no guarantees regarding the uninterrupted availability of the website or the absolute fitness of any asset for a specific purpose. onpng shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including project delays, loss of data, or loss of revenue—arising from your use or inability to use our platform or assets.


6. Modifications to Terms

As onpng grows and transitions towards formal business registration, we reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
